Professional semester II at the University of Lethbridge was another highlight of my life. PS II for our group was focused primarily on Physical Education. Every one in the program was amazing and we all pushed one another to be the best PE teachers we could be. The entire group vowed to collaborate with one another in order to give each other the best chance for success. Everyone single person had a different background in sport and Physical Education, which was spectacular to bounce ideas around and hear one another's point of view.
I was very lucky to be placed at Medicine Hat High School for the duration of my practicum. I was afforded multiple opportunities to expand my own teaching abilities and also learn an immense amount of knowledge from my teacher mentor. My main focus during my time at the school was directed towards my major, physical education, and I was able to teach a variety of students in sports performance and PE 20. Every day I pushed myself to ensure that I provided the best opportunity for student success and multiple learning opportunities.
